What is Liljeholmen?

The district south of Liljeholmsbron in Hägersten-Älvsjö, between the bay of Årstaviken and lake Trekanten, with just over 18,000 residents. It has six parts: Liljeholmskajen and Årstadal – the new blocks on the water around Sjövikstorget, built from the early 2000s – Marievik, the office peninsula being converted into housing, Liljeholmstorget with the metro and the shopping centre, Lövholmen along Trekanten with Färgfabriken, and Nybohov on the hill above.

What is being built in Liljeholmen right now?

Marievik: around 960 homes, offices, preschools and a hotel on the office peninsula by Årstaviken, with the first move-ins in autumn 2027 and Liljeholmsbadet back in place in 2028. At Liljeholmen centre Citycon is decking over the metro tracks with offices and a hotel, the yellow line gets a station beneath the red one with works in Trekantsparken into the mid-2030s, and the Liljeholmen bridges are renovated 2029–2032. Lövholmen is being planned for some 1,800 homes after 2030.

Where do I find housing in Liljeholmen?

New builds are sold by the developers themselves – JM's and Klövern's towers in Marievik – and the rentals at Årstaberg are let through Bostadsförmedlingen. The directory carries no housing listings; those are with the estate agents.

How do I get to Liljeholmen?

The metro's red line has stopped at Liljeholmen since 1964, with the bus terminal beneath the square. The Tvärbanan light rail has stops at Årstadal, Liljeholmen and Trekanten, and the commuter train stops at Årstaberg. The yellow line gets a station beneath the red one in the mid-2030s. By car: the garage under the shopping centre, Bergrumsgaraget on Sjöviksvägen and Stockholm Parkering's garages in Årstadal.

What's on in Liljeholmen?

Färgfabriken in Lövholmen has exhibitions and tours, the district administration runs a summer square on Liljeholmstorget in June, the shopping centre has a Sunday flea market in the garage and family events, and the bars around Sjövikstorget and Liljeholmstorget have their own evenings. What is this website?

A directory of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, gyms, pharmacies, clinics and services in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, with opening hours, menus and current offers. The site is run by Eightyfive AB and is independent of the city, the shopping centre and the property owners.

Which area does the directory cover?

The district of Liljeholmen: Liljeholmskajen, Årstadal, Marievik, Liljeholmstorget with the shopping centre, Lövholmen and Nybohov. Årstaberg south of the railway, Årstafältet, Gröndal across Trekanten and Hornstull across the bridge are neighbours and are not included, even though Årstaberg station is a short walk from Sjöviksskolan.

Where does the information come from?

Businesses that have claimed their page update it themselves. The other pages are filled from the businesses' own published material – menus are transcribed as they stand, opening hours are read from their own pages, the chains' store pages and the shopping centre's tenant pages, and every page shows when the facts were last checked. Nothing is taken from review sites or maps.

How do I claim my business page?

Create an account, go to your business page and click "Claim this page". Claims are reviewed manually, and once approved you can edit the page yourself.

Why are the opening hours wrong?

Hours come from the businesses themselves or from the most recent public listings. Spotted an error? Claim the page and you can correct it directly.
