Capio Urologcentrum Liljeholmen sees patients on the 7th floor of Vårdhuset, lift A; from the galleria, take the lifts in the lift hall between Hemtex and Lindex, or from the square the door at Liljeholmstorget 7 on the corner by the hot-dog kiosk. The clinic works under contract with Region Stockholm, so fees and the high-cost card apply as at the region's own clinics, and it also takes patients with private health insurance. Patients come on referral via Take Care, paper or fax, or through a digital self-referral on capio.se, where a health declaration and IPSS questionnaire are also completed before the visit. Services cover cystoscopy, PSA tests, ultrasound with biopsy, urodynamics, Botox treatment, Rezum for benign prostate enlargement, urotherapy, circumcision, sterilisation and TURP; a specially trained urotherapist sees both women and men. Clinic hours are 08:00–16:00 Monday–Thursday and 08:00–14:00 Friday; phone hours 07:30–10:00 on 08-710 91 00 with a call-back during the day, and cancellations or rebookings are handled around the clock via Zymego. The clinic states that 94 percent of patients get an appointment within 21 days for prostate cancer investigation.
