The concept is stripped down, cuts only, no wash, colour or highlights. There is no booking; the chain's app shows the current wait at the salon and lets you join the queue. Cutters runs more than 100 salons and gives a seven-day satisfaction guarantee: a cut that did not turn out right is corrected free of charge at any Cutters salon on showing the receipt.
