Twenty-five floors up the Kajplats 6 tower at Sjövikskajen 48, 3Sixty pairs a restaurant with a skybar looking out over Liljeholmskajen and Årstaviken. It opens Tuesday to Thursday 16:00–23:00 and Friday to Saturday 16:00–midnight, closed Sunday and Monday, with a 23-year age limit Fridays and Saturdays. The kitchen calls its format inclusive gastronomy: a menu of smaller servings meant to be passed around the table. Snacks include marcona almonds at 70 kr and crisps with vendace roe at 160 kr; mid-courses run from beef tartare at 195 kr and seared tuna at 195 kr to a pulled pork slider at 135 kr. Larger plates cover Arctic char with Sandefjord sauce at 395 kr, a 250 g sirloin at 455 kr and a tomahawk for two at 1,150 kr. Oysters are 55 kr apiece, and a coconut Basque cheesecake at 155 kr closes the meal. The bar mixes signature cocktails at 185 kr, pours wine by the glass from 145 kr and lists champagne up to Cristal. Reservations run through bokabord, groups above eight by email; bar seats are walk-in only. Small dogs are welcome in a carrier.
