Blubnan holds the street-level corner of Sjövikskajen 50, the Kajplats 6 tower on the Liljeholmskajen waterfront, with an outdoor terrace facing the bay. The menu is built on meze: hummus, baba ghanoush, labne and mhamara at 89 kr each, a house platter of five at 249 kr, and kebbeh nayeh, raw beef with bulgur and chili, at 149 or 249 kr. Mains come off the grill: shish kafta and shish taouk at 249 kr, lamb racks at 349 kr, the mixed grill Sahen Mashewe Mshakal at 395 kr and the Blubnan Special for two at 799 kr. Seafood includes chili-grilled fish at 299 kr and the Kajen Special for two at 995 kr. Desserts stay Lebanese, kenafi at 125 kr and baklava with ice cream at 99 kr, and the bar pours arak by the centilitre, Almaza lager and cocktails at 160 kr. On weekdays 11–14 the lunch costs 149 kr, with salad buffet, coffee and a pastry included. Friday and Saturday bring the Dinner Club with shows at 18:00 and 21:30. Catering for ten or more costs 299 kr a head. TheFork takes the reservations.
