Erik Borgenhall, a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer studying naprapathy, runs OptiMotion at Rosterigränd 6 in Lövholmen; he is also medical staff for Hammarby Football (HTFF) and Tyresö Handball. Treatments combine mobilisation, deep-tissue massage, stretching and targeted training for elite athletes and everyday exercisers alike. A 45-minute sports massage costs 549 kr, a 60-minute one 699 kr, first or return visit; wellness massage 689 and 875 kr. A student naprapathy treatment is 549 kr.
