Lunch at Tove costs SEK 149, or SEK 129 as take-away, and is built from two daily mains, the pasta of the week, a vegetarian option and two standing favourites – bread and salad included. The kitchen's tips, cooked to order, are SEK 179: sirloin or schnitzel with red-wine sauce, béarnaise and fries, grilled tuna or Arctic char with mango salad, or a pinsa. The cooking mixes Swedish home food with southern European dishes; owner-chef Erik grew up in Nynäshamn and worked at established Stockholm restaurants before opening here. The bar mixes cocktails, and a Christmas menu is offered in December. The restaurant is at Sjöviksbacken 22 A in Årstadal and opens Monday to Thursday 10:30–22:00, until 23:00 on Friday, Saturday 13:00–23:00 and Sunday 13:00–21:00.
