Nybohovsbacken 39 is the address Espresso House itself gives for its café in Liljeholmstorget Galleria, on the galleria's middle floor. Weekdays 08–20, Saturday and Sunday 09–18, and the café is flagged for online pre-ordering: the order is placed in the Espresso House app and collected at the counter. Espresso House began in 1996 when Charles and Elisabet opened the first café in Lund; the kladdkaka on the menu is still baked to Charles's grandmother's recipe. The coffee is roasted in a roastery of its own and the pastries come from an in-house bakery. Today Espresso House belongs to JAB Holding, runs about 500 cafés in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany and is headquartered in Stockholm. Its loyalty scheme is called Fika Club.
