A 159 kr lunch, bread with browned butter and coffee included, sets the weekday rhythm at Färgfabrikens Kafé, inside the art venue at Lövholmsbrinken 1 in Lövholmen. The menu changes weekly and is served Tuesday–Friday 11–14; one September week offered roasted chicken with Gotland lentils, bratwurst with potato purée and sauerkraut, and pastrami salmon with new potatoes. The salad of the week is 165 kr and the vegetarian dish 145 kr. Saturday and Sunday 11–15.30 is brunch: Eggs Florentine 165 kr, Eggs Royale 185 kr, Eggs Benedict 175 kr, a cubano on the house bread 185 kr, chanterelle toast 180 kr and American pancakes 139 kr, alongside pastries, fresh juices and Lavazza espresso. Homemade cookies, sandwiches and cakes are on the counter every open day. The café also caters events in Färgfabriken's rooms, from seminars to weddings. The lunch menu goes out as a weekly newsletter to anyone who signs up.
