Members let themselves into Itrim Liljeholmen from five in the morning until 22, seven days a week, using Parakey access. The centre is at Liljeholmsvägen 18 next to the Liljeholmen galleria. Staffed hours are shorter: usually 9–10, 12–13 and 16–18 on weekdays (to 17 on Fridays) and 9–10 plus 12–13 at weekends. The core offer is personal training in small groups: strength sessions capped at eight participants with a PT leading, booked per term. Around it sit Egym machines, one-to-one or duo PT, senior training and exercise on prescription. The chain's weight-loss programme Change for life, Itrim Medical with weight-loss medication and stress-management courses are on the menu here too.
