Members get in from four in the morning until eleven at night, Monday through Sunday, at Nordic Wellness Liljeholmen on Årstaängsvägen 33B. Staff are on site Monday to Thursday 9–21, Friday 9–20, Saturday 10–18 and Sunday 11–19. The club covers 1,600 square metres, split between a free-weights area, cardio machines – treadmills, bikes and a stair climber – and studios for group classes. Personal training is booked at the club. After a session there is a sauna, and the premises offer free wifi, vending machines and a small supplement shop.
