Windows along the whole training floor give SATS Marievik daylight over the free weights, machines and Transformer stations since its renovation. The club is at Årstaängsvägen 21 by the quay, sharing its entrance with Roots & Soil, Liljeholmskajens Vårdcentral and Hårklippet. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 06–22, Friday 06–21, Saturday 08–18 and Sunday 08–20. The group timetable covers yoga, cycling, pilates and boxing, and in the summer months some sessions move out onto the jetties. PT sessions are set up at reception; the club has a sauna and a shop. The MiniSATS childcare keeps its own hours: Monday and Tuesday 09–13 and 15–18, Wednesday 09–13 and 16:15–19:15, Thursday and Friday 09–13, Saturday and Sunday 09–14. Memberships are taken out on the SATS website or at reception.
