The café serves breakfast on a double roll with toppings such as cheese and ham or boiled egg with cod roe, presses orange and grapefruit juice daily, blends smoothies without additives and offers salads — prawn salad with hand-peeled prawns, chicken salad with feta — plus larger sandwiches such as skagen in a baguette and cold-smoked salmon with prawns on lingonberry rye. The coffee is 100 percent arabica. Cakes can be ordered to specification, as can sandwich cakes and open-faced platters, and the chain's web shop allows pickup at any of its seven cafés. Weekday hours are 08–20; Saturdays 09–18, Sundays 10–18.
