The sourdough sandwich is the starting point at Mackverket Marievik, opened on 15 May 2026 at the foot of Kakelhuset next to the quay bath. Sandwiches cost 80–95 kronor with crisps: Kyckling & Parmesan 95 kr, Pastrami & Surkål 90 kr, Karré & Chili 80 kr. Pizza slices are 85 kr (two for 169 kr), salads 175 kr, a children’s meal 95 kr. Lunch is 139 kr, for instance half a sandwich with the soup of the season. Breakfast is a set at 99 kr or a sandwich with filter coffee at 65 kr; weekends add brunch with an omelette or a pancake buffet at 115 kr. The bar pours its own IPA (82 kr), natural wine by the glass from 110 kr and an Aperol Spritz at 129 kr; the after-work slice plus beer or wine is 159 kr. The terrace faces the water, and orders go through Qopla. This is the chain’s first standalone unit after food-court counters and the café at the Vrak museum; the family-run concept began as a pop-up at Ringen on Södermalm. The interior is reclaimed material and food waste is measured. On Wednesdays 11–13 the food truck parks at the area’s entrance, Årstaängsvägen 21C.
